Ministry of Coal with all its Subordinate ofces/ Companies and Autonomous Body kept its efforts continued for propagating and spreading the progressive use of Ofcial Language Hindi during the year 2010-11. Tis Ministry is committed to increasing the use of ofcial language. Instructions received from Department of Ofcial Language, Ministry of Home Affairs and Committee of Parliament on Ofcial Language are circulated regularly to the Ofcers/sections of the Ministry as well as the administrative heads of Subordinate Ofces/Companies and Autonomous Body under administrative control of the Ministry to ensure implementation of the statutory provisions of Ofcial Language Policy of the Union and to fully achieve the targets fxed in the Annual Programme issued by Department of Ofcial Language
